2. Collection and storage of personal data

a) When visiting the website

When you call up our website www.bense-eicke.de, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. • Name and URL of the accessed file,
  • website from which the access was made (referrer URL),

The aforementioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website,

  • for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

In addition, we use cookies when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations of this under point 5 of this data protection declaration.

b) When using our contact form

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

3. Transfer of data

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place.

  • this is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

4. Deletion of your data

As far as your data is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes, it will be deleted. If data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be blocked. The data will then no longer be available for further use.

5. Use of cookies

When you visit our website, information is stored on your computer in the form of a cookie within your browser software. In it, information about your use of the website is stored. The use of cookies makes it easier for you to use the functions, as we recognize your computer on a subsequent visit, making it easier for you to enter data repeatedly.

The cookies (small files containing configuration information) we use help to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website and to enable you to make full use of the service. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. However, you can disable the storage of cookies or set your browser to notify you when cookies are sent. In addition, you have the option of deleting the stored cookies from your hard drive at any time. Please note that if you deactivate the storage of cookies, you may only be able to use our website to a limited extent.

6. Google Maps

Google Maps (third-party service) is integrated into the website. Google Maps is used to display maps. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: third-party provider). The Third-Party Provider must perceive the IP address of the users of the website, because without this, the content (maps) cannot be sent to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus required for the display of the maps in the browser of the respective user. By using Google Maps, information about the use of the offer, in particular the IP address is therefore transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there if necessary. If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the "Google Maps" service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use "Google Maps" or only to a limited extent. More detailed information on data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy at: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html.

7. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

8. Social media plug-ins

We use social plug-ins of the social networks Facebook, YouTube and Instagram on our website on the basis of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to make our company better known through them. The underlying promotional purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be ensured by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by way of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.

a) Facebook

Social media plugins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. For this purpose, we use the Facebook button. This is an offer from Facebook.

When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website.

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins and click the Facebook button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends.

Facebook may use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and demand-oriented design of the Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook.

If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).

b) YouTube

We use the provider YouTube on our website for the integration of videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. You can recognize the YouTube plugins (button) by the YouTube logo on our site.

When you call up the Internet pages of our website that are provided with a YouTube plugin, a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the plugin is displayed. This transmits to the YouTube server which of our Internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, such as clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account as well as other user accounts of the companies YouTube LLC and Google Inc. before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies.

Further information on data processing and notes on data protection by YouTube (Google) can be found at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

c) Instagram

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an "Instagram camera". An overview of the Instagram plugins and their appearance can be found here: http://blog.instagram.com/post/36222022872/introducing-instagram-badges When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Instagram. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Instagram directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly assign your visit to our website to your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Instagram" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed there to your contacts.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Instagram, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Instagram's privacy policy:

https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/

If you do not want Instagram to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Instagram account, please contact us directly to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Instagram plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

9. Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

10. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

11. Protection of your personal data

In order to process your personal data as securely as possible, we generally use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security software for data transmission between your computer and our server. This results in the data transfer being encrypted in each case. We also maintain up-to-date technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data during data transmissions and against third parties gaining knowledge. These are adapted to the current state of the art in each case. Your personal data is always stored in compliance with the legal regulations within the Federal Republic of Germany.

12. Shipping

In the context of shipping, we transmit on the basis of the EU Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1f) your data (name, address, if necessary email address and / or cell phone number, and other, shipment-related, data) to our shipping partner DPD Deutschland GmbH. You can object to the transmission of additional information such as email or cell phone number both with us [datenschutz@bense-eicke.de] and with DPD [predictwiderspruch@dpd.com or with each package information via a link] at any time.

13. Right to information, correction, deletion (being forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, objection and revocation of consent.

You have the right to request information about the data we have stored about you from us at any time in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 DSGVO. Furthermore, you may at any time, without giving reasons, inspect free of charge, if necessary, their correction according to Art. 16 DSGVO and/or deletion according to Art. 17 DSGVO and/or request the restriction of the processing of your personal data according to Art. 18 DSVGO and/or exercise your right to data portability according to Art. 20 DSGVO and/or your right to object according to Art. 21 DSGVO and/or revoke a consent given to us for data collection and use without giving reasons. If you have given your consent to the use of data, you can revoke it at any time without giving reasons and free of charge.

For this purpose and/ or to receive more information on the subject of data protection, please contact us by e-mail at the following e-mail address: datenschutz@bense-eicke.de.

14. Complaint about data protection violations to the supervisory authority

Anyone who believes that their rights have been violated in the collection, processing or use of their personal data may contact the competent data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 (1) DSGVO.
